Started the day with a swim at Newham Leisure Centre. Early morning, pool was quiet, and I got a good session in – a perfect way to kick off the day.

I’m attending an event at ExCeL London today, and this is probably the closest public pool to ExCeL for anyone looking to sneak in a swim break from the exhibition floor.
