Quick swim on the way home from a couple of days working in Bristol. Gloucester is halfway home and It's rush hour on the M5 so a quick Google to find a pool for a quick swim stop.

I don't have long so it's going to be a flying visit to get the minimum 1000 metres done. The pool is very busy with people stopping by for a quick post-work swim, unfortunately, my visit also coincides with club training so there are only two lanes open for a public swim - making this a very slow stop-start swim.
